Nagana was once Queen of the City-State known as Kait, which lies in an
oasis at the north end of the Nile. She was a merciless ruler, who
obtained power through manipulation and witchcraft. After she killed the
King of Kait, the king's prophet, Kalkor, high priest of Isis, conceived
a plot to trap Nagana in the king's tomb. The plot worked, but the evil
of Nagana did not die. Three thousand years later, the tomb was
uncovered and Nagana was awakened from her slumber, and released upon an
unsuspecting world. Since then, she has moved to New York where she is
attempting to regain the wealth and power that she believes is rightfully
hers. She is ruthless and has no shame in her efforts, but the sorcerer
Kalkor has vowed to put an end to her evil once again.
Equipment and Abilities:
Nagana is a 3000 year old immortal, immune to aging and disease. She is
a practitioner of black magic, and she has demonstrated a number of powers
including the ability to cast illusions and cast bolts of eldritch energy from
her fingers. She is also a master of manipulation who plays men for
fools. She generally shies away from physical combat, allowing her men
to fight her battles for her. When she needs to eliminate someone, she
prefers to do it subtly, with poison. However, she is not above using a
gun to simplify a problem when things get messy.
